About Vectura Studios
I have spent years building embedded applications for businesses: Shopify apps, instant-access analytics, internal tools, and delivery systems that make the work easier to repeat. Then a consultancy asked me to build a Leadership Performance 360 platform. The previous developer had left behind a single-page workflow that showed almost nothing, plus notes on a napkin.
You learn a few things turning that into an enterprise install.
The insight
That napkin became a dynamic 360 feedback survey that let enterprise clients assess leadership culture and behavior, then overlay those results against unit financial performance. It helped identify up-and-coming leaders, reveal where teams were breaking down, and give the consulting work a system clients could keep using.
It became a required install for enterprise clients. Not a feature. A dependency.
$250,000
Full 360 platform, financial overlay, and implementation support.
$18,000
The same skill-up and feedback engine, scaled down to what smaller businesses can pay.
Recurring
Stickiness in the system, not just another engagement.
The model
Every new client costs a full sales cycle. Every contract ends and resets to zero. The senior people who create trust are also the people expected to deliver the work, so growth keeps running through the same calendar.
That is not a growth model. It is a treadmill.
Vectura Studios builds the tool underneath the expertise: the system clients can use between meetings, after workshops, and before the next annual resell.
Operating principles
A program that ends is a cost center. A system that runs is revenue.
Recurring value should scale down, not just up.
The insight that works at $250K should be sellable at $18K.
Retention is a design decision, not a hope.
The origin
Today that same engine runs virtual training, survey feedback, and foundational audits of business units and functions. The point is not to create a tech product for its own sake. The point is to turn the work a firm already knows how to deliver into a system clients can keep paying to use.
That same system logic can justify a $250,000 enterprise install, or an $18,000 recurring subscription for a company that will never write the first check. It can skill up employees, reduce customer service failures, prevent operational mistakes, and save real money in places a traditional consulting engagement may never reach.
Scaling systems like this is what our founder has spent 25 years doing. It is what Vectura Studios brings to market now.
